It
is an honor and privilege for working with scientists of
National Lab in helping them solve problems.
As
a summer faculty fellow, I worked for
NASA
Kennedy Space Center
in Florida in developing an algorithm for learning
heuristic that minimizes the conflicts in resource
constraints in ground processing scheduling systems
(GPSS) that prepared the orbiters before the next
launch.
NASA
Johnson Space Center in Houston developing temporal ontology
and inferencing for design specifications.
NASA
Ames Research Center in California developing temporal
constraints for planning system and as well as to
specify constraints in GPSS.
As
a bioinformatic scientists, I worked for The National
Institute of Environmental Science (NIEHS) in
analyzing and assembling short reads from
next-generation sequencing. (some of the projects
involved genome assembly, rna-seq,
methyl-seq etc.)
